Our Mission

We believe family court should protect families, not profit from destroying them.

Defend

Fund legal defense for parents who cannot afford to fight a system designed to drain them financially and emotionally. No parent should lose their child because they ran out of money.

Reform

Drive legislative change to fix the incentive structures that turn family courts into profit centers. End Title IV-D exploitation. Demand transparency and accountability.

Restore

Provide crisis support, education, and community for parents navigating the worst chapter of their lives. No one fights alone. We stand with mothers and fathers alike.

Named for a Woman Who Never Backed Down

In 1953, the state of Utah raided Vera Black's community, took her children, and imprisoned her husband. She fought the legal system at every level and won. She lived to 102.

"Three generations later, her grandson stands in a different courtroom facing the same fight: a parent, stripped of rights, told to comply and be quiet. He chose to do what she did. Fight."
